Meet The Team

Josie Makin, RN

Co-Founder

Native to Townsend Montana, Josie Evans-Makin had the pleasure of growing up in a small community located in between the Elk Horn Mountains and Big Belts that overlook Canyon Ferry Lake.

Josie is a wife and mother of 3 and currently lives outside of Billings with her chickens, dog, cat, and horses. She loves to spend time with family, hiking outdoors, riding horses, and of course enjoying what life has to offer.  She has deep roots connected to Native American heritage,  family and history. She was taught from a young age how to use herbs, oils and supplements and care for others holistically.

As a healer Josie has spent most of her  nursing career in critical care ICU, ER and Cardiac Care, but after having her daughter she wanted to approach women and clients in a different way that treated mind, body and spirit.

She specializes in stress management (especially women), functional medicine coaching, supplement and medication review, wellness, and energy movement like Reiki.

Josie’s mission is to help others take control of their health, so they can enjoy the most valuable thing we have on this earth, time with our loved ones and the joy of enjoying your life.

Erik Brady, RN

Co-Founder

Erik was born and raised in Billings, MT, and works as a Registered Nurse, Husband, and Father to 3. He loves spending my time with friends and family and taking care of the people around him. He has had the opportunity to compete in local sports and play football at Rocky Mountain College.

As an athlete, he knows the dangers of dehydration and the benefits of being well hydrated and stocked with the vitamins and minerals the body needs.

I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to further help my community and make this world a better place!
